We went to see ENO's new production of Dr Atomic. A very stark modern production. Very discordant music i thought. Libretto mainly taken fro released diocumets was quite intersting, The climax was very striking ending as it did with a recording of a Japanese woman asking for water for her child (wiuth English surtitles !)
